"Dr Ross is amazing. Very professional, efficient and easy to talk too. I would recommend him any day! The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because of his receptionist Tracey. She is very hateful, rude and definitely shouldn't be the face of his office. You don't treat sick patients that way. I told her she shouldn't be hateful and she proceeded to tell me I was hateful and late and should be grateful I'm being seen. Smh"
"The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the lady that took me back to the lab techs, and especially Dr ross. They all made me feel very comfortable and we're very personable. I went there worried about my hands, but I left having a good feeling that Dr Ross will help me with my issues. I haven't been to a doctor in years, but this was a great experience"
