"Being new, to the area I was referred to stricklands by a co worker, they are friendly and fixed my truck but the lack of communicAtion was frustrating. I had to call to get the status of my truck, I had to ask 2 or 3 times to find it what clutch was getting put in, and I only found out after I got the receipt, And after talking to my mechanic back home in Oregon I pretty much a stock quality clutch when I asked for a heavy duty upgraded clutch. And the review I read on the clutch installed were not appealing. I feel like I over paid for a sub par part. After talking to him about how my clutch peddle is soft and has no pressure, he made a smart ass commit about my review. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!"
