"Woody & Charlie came out only a few hours after I called. They were very courteous and professional and explained everything they were doing step by step. They were also very respectful of our home and kept everything very tidy as they worked. Our home is old and needs lots of updates: all of the plumbing, a new water heater, and an upgraded water softener. Woody gave me lots of advice and options and I never felt any sort of pressure to hurry up and schedule anything or that I had to purchase any products from him exclusively.
