"EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had my Gucci crossbody strap repaired after it broke. The stitching looks fabulous!! It took over 3 weeks for the repair but definitely worth the wait!! Pricey but worth it for a luxury vintage bag!! I’m coming back to give my Louis Vuitton Neverfull a “spa day”!!"

"Replaced the lining on my LV bag and now the piping looks totally different on one side from the other side-even though they did both sides. I spent about $300 total for the repair on top of an already expensive LV purchase and they tell me it’s nothing they can do!! Jessica said that their machine doesn’t allow them to match each side perfectly. They just replaced the piping/lining back in June and it’s already starting to tear again already!! What a waste of money and my LV bag is ruined and will never be the same again!! I cannot recommend this place for great, quality work-and price paid doesn’t match the quality of the repair period!"

"Santana Leather Care in Raleigh NC did an amazing job on my LV Bag and I would give them a 10 star on their amazing craftsmanship. The only down side would be their Customer Service People, they are not very friendly and are in need of Customer Service Classes.. It was not a major deal, it is just about basic customer service skills and because of the work they do I will continue to do business with them. I was definitely impressed by the amazing work they did on my bag!!!!!"

"I had a chanel bag sent in to be touched up and they sent it back to me looking like it's covered in plastic and they painted over the date code on the inside. I sent it back to have them fix the date code being covered, received it back with the date code barely visible."

"I’ve brought two pairs of shoes here. The first pair were brand new Christian Louboutins. I had the protective bottom added to them and everything turned out great. No complaints there. I decided to bring in some Chanel ballets flats to be resoled. They said they would only resole half of them so the logo and text in the middle wouldn’t be ruined. Great, that’s perfect. The total cost was about $125 for the soles and the heels. I pick them up and the Chanel CC logo on the bottom of one of them is almost nonexistent. It looks like it was basically sanded off. The owner stated it probably came in like. It definitely did not. There is a smooth dent in that area, too perfect to have been worn down. They take photos upon dropping off the item so I asked to see the photo from the drop off. They stated they couldn’t locate the photo of the soles in their system. They offered 10% off for the miscommunication."
