"Horrible Customer Services! The Staff would have you on hold for over 30 minutes. My insurance paid for upper partials and I never received them. I am currently suing and putting a claim in against this dentist. It is quite horrible what she did to me. Disgusting. She should be out of practice."

"Never there when you need them. Made an appointment and then kept the place locked up instead of letting us know they're not going to be in that day. Advised me to wait to get my wisdom tooth out despite it having recovered from an infection and then made me want 2 weeks."

"If i could give less stars I would . Doesn't even answer the phone .never consistent with scheduled business hours. All dental work falls out . Dirty. Over crowded. Unprofessional snotty staff. Although, Dr Jackman is very nice as a person. The office is terrible."

"If I could give this review a negative star I would. I had Saturday appointments only to have to wait in the waiting room and hear about some guy "Going to the Bronx" each and every Saturday. That conversation seemed more important than actually checking in the clients. Going here was the worst decision I've ever made. They are highly unprofessional, and she uses old materials. I don't know how this woman is still in business. I made sure to let me insurance carrier know what was going on and what shoddy work she does."

"This is the worst dental office I have ever seen in my life. They are taking 9 months to complete dental work that should take 3. Dr. Jackman refuses to call me back and her staff are a joke. They hung up on me 4 times today and then put me on hold for 40 mins. She ruined my Christmas, my Birthday and now my vacation. I am suing her and her whole practice for negligence and pain and suffering. An absolute discrace to her profession. STAY AWAY!!!"
