"Receptionist was very rude when trying to get service for home warranty company. And then only would take cash or credit card as payment. And then charge you another 3% above the charge card. If you don’t take a check and you can’t be more professional, we don’t want or need your service. And most won’t that read this. Good luck."

"I will never use this company ever again. I needed a new water heater and I was going through AHS, so this was the contractor they use. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and the next day I was sent an estimated out of pocket expense of $710 that had to be paid to them. My husband called this company asking why the charges and was told that there were laws put into place 6 years ago requiring things that were on the estimate. the biggest cost was the pipe modification, which was $320 in itself, pipe insulation $95, Shut off valve $120, and an expansion tank for $175. All this would have to be paid to them before they did any work. I refuse to pay this amount to them. They even hung up on my husband and marked the work order as complete. So I am still without hot water. They replaced our other smaller water heater that is under the house and they wanted to charge us $200 just because they had to go under the house. We did not pay that amount either because that is their job. I will no recommend this company to my worst enemy. I will be contacted the BBB about this company."

"I will never use them again. They did not diagnose the problem correctly. Therefore AHS refused our claim. We then paid another company who came out, cleared the under house drainage pipes. All American Plumbing has inspected those pipes and told us they were clear. It was the overhead pipes. Not so. They lied."

"Scheduling was great! The day of our Appt, we received a courtesy text the that showed exactly when the technician would be arriving. Team arrived and were very professional and courtesy. They assessed the situation (leaking garbage disposal), and had the problem solved in less than 30 mins. Cleaned the area on the way out. We couldn’t have asked for better service. If you are looking for true professionals that get the job done to standard then this company is for you! Definitely recommend"

"We have used All American Plumbing in the past with 2 different home warranty companys. We have had a tech come to install a hot water heater and was very rude and unprofessional but this time was worse. We called to check on the status of our ticket and the lady who answered the phone was very rude to my Wife. Made her feel that we were bad people for using a home warranty. Was not polite or professional and she come off like she couldn't care less about our issue or wants going on. I called back later to talk to a manager attorney find out it's the same lady who was rude to my wife. I tried to talk to her about the situation and stayed clam and polite the whole time but I could tell that she was getting more irritated and frustrated as we talked. She told me that she wasn't rude but that my Wife was. She got to a point that she for lack of terms ended the conversation and I could tell she wanted to hang up on me but she didn't. I called back a few minutes later to talk to her manager to find out that she sits right next to lady and that she heard her and didn't' think she was rude. She said she didn't cuss or hang up. I'm sorry but you can rude without cussing or hanging up on someone. The lady's manager was through actually polite and professional and I told her that I'm sorry that she can't hear her coworkers rudeness but that her tone and how she spoke was coming off very rude. She apologies for the situation. Later we called our home warranty to see what updates they had on their end to find out that the tech told the home warranty one thing and my wife another thing so our home warranty rejected the request. My wife calls All American Plumbing again to ask about this (as this is actually 1 of 3 things we needed fixing and that they were suppose to work on) and before she could ask/explain about the other issue the same lady is the one who answered and as soon as she recognized my Wife's voice changed her tone and told her that she would have to talk to her manager and basically hangs up. My wife calls back to see if she can talk to someone else who ends up also being more rude to my Wife to the point of being mean and would not let her explain that she was calling for a different reason and tells my wife to stop calling them (yes, they actually told her to stop calling them). We called our home warranty to see if they will send out another plumber from another company but told us that since they started the ticket they have to finish it but that they noted to not use them again. Look at all the other reviews; yes some are good reviews and maybe they talked with someone else then who we got and got a professional tech but all the other reviews are very similar with the techs and customer services reps being very rude and unprofessional. Please home warranty company's, don't use All American Plumbing any more, it's very possible that you will get users that leave you because you use them. We refuse to use them for any future repairs."
