Kept going back to “retreat” the same tooth at $1000 a pop and still lost the tooth so it was a waste and the Dr should have realized that before I spent way to much $$ on the tooth and needed a surgeon anyway"

"I had an emergency root canal operation that was expensive due to its nature. My tooth was literally rotting in my mouth and I didn’t know it. However, my regular dentist in Brooklyn recommended that I see a specialist immediately. So he recommended a Brooklyn specialist. However, that guy couldn’t see me for another three weeks! I couldn’t wait three weeks or I would’ve ended up in the emergency room due to the intense pain. So I asked around and I was told to make an appointment with Dr. Frazetto. Let’s just say that at first, I didn’t like the idea of being taken care of while he was taking care of other patients. I imagined that he would do a horrible job, and to make matters worse, my infection was something I couldn’t ignore. So I decided to pay and get the treatment regardless of his practices. Having said that, this man may seem revolutionary but he’s a genius. He literally had to give me a few more shots of Novocain (or at least I think that medicine was) but he got the job done. The scariest part wasn’t the operation, but my tongue got numb for a month, but that was my body reacting to the medicine. I’m fine now, but the doctor was extremely attentive, he answered all of my questions, stayed in touch, and always remained professional. Even my Brooklyn dentist said he did a phenomenal job and I agree! Honestly, I feel Dr. Frazetto is a fantastic Orthodontist and if I need future repair or need to recommend someone to him, I would do it without reservations. And before I go, his staff is amazing especially his front desk staff. They were nice to me every step of the way. Thank you! ❤️"

"Dr Frazzetto is great if you need a root canel. He does go from one room to another but keeps things moving pretty quickly. Different than I've ever experienced at a dentist. He definitely switches his gloves each and every time he enters the room. The staff are very nice welcoming and willing to answer any questions. I had a good experience with the office. I highly doubt the negative comments above Dr is very calm & caring."

"I have had a few root canals done here and each time Dr. Frazzetto and his staff were friendly, professional, and answered any questions I had. One of my caps had fallen out since, and because I was not able to go back for the follow up due to COVID, and my employer changed providers - I now have to find a new endodontist, but I am still considering paying out of pocket just to go back to him and then hopefully get reimbursed for using an out of network provider. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a root canal."

"Who likes getting root canals right? But if you have to, Dr. Frazzetto is the doctor to go to. It's my second one with him and his staff. They are the most professional and friendly staff. His office is clean along with a calming decor."
