"Mike and his tech were wonderful. Would use services again. He identified the problem quickly and taught me how to keep the issue from happening again. He crawled through tight spaces in the attic to get the job done - which was a feat in itself. One final icing on the cake: His tech was very respectful and polite. He didn't want to walk through my house without me giving him the okay or accompanying him. I thought he was extremely kind and professional."

"Amazing people! Making money is their last priority and saving their customers money is their first. Mike saved me over $1,000 when the "energy efficient" blower went out on my system and walked me through how to convert my system over to a conventional blower, which he told me where to go to buy the parts myself. Because of Mike, what should have been a $1,000+ repair, ended up costing less than $100 and my system now works just as well as it did before. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the service call! "AC Tech was very helpful and informative in my time of need! I had the misfortune of having my Ac unit stop working on me this earlier this summer. I am always a do it yourself kind of guy but I knew this was going to be a job for a professional. I contacted Mike with AC Tech and although he was unavailable he returned my call quickly in between jobs! WoW! I was giving some quick info over the phone about basic checking breakers and such and scheduled an appointment quickly for the next business day. Thank goodness it was not the middle of summer when AC technicians can be booked up for several days in advance! Mike was prompt and professional and gave his best effort to explain my repair options and help make my decision. He did NOT do a cheap fix and move on to the next job. He did take his time to analyze my whole system, give me trustworthy information on what exactly was damaged, and give me "minimum" ( I can make it work but it may not last. This is what many companies do so they have to come back to fix it again causing more expense) and "recommended" ( Repairing the system back to a state where it should provide many more years of dependable service). I chose the later. AC Tech showed up as scheduled to make our agreed upon repairs. Their employees... respectful and courteous! Their work... A+ quality, lines, wiring, and equipment all look even better than the original. I waited 1 year to post this review. Now a year later I have had zero problems. As an added benefit, I am enjoying a greatly reduced power bill. I recommend hiring AC Tech and don't be afraid to follow Mike's advise. He wants your system to work flawlessly for years to come also! Thank you AC Tech!"

"I have used a/c tech numerous times for service, repair and a new installation. I had several estimates from other companies and their prices were the best. The services provided were GREAT prices were Very reasonable customer service was great. I was given a round about time that they would be at my house and they even called me to let me know when they were on their way. I have used them for previous warranty work and they kept us very informed on the part we needed and when it would arrive and how soon they could fix it. They also continued to maintain contact during this process to ensure we were as comfortable as possible until the replacement part arrived. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family. "Due to the time of the year, HOT. A/C Tech attends to those who need cooling first, which I understand and have no problem with at all. They were due to come on one day and had to reschedule due to this fact. I was needing an inspection done due to me selling the house, I was not out of cooling or heating. They came the next day and communicated with me the whole time to let me know what was up. When they arrived they were friendly, very organized, explained everything to me in detail and even told me what or what not I may need. They emailed me a very complete and thorough inspection report. Very helpful and honest people."
