"We hired Raleigh Heating & Air to replace an air conditioner at one of our rental properties. The unit they replaced it with was damaged during install, and was not installed properly. When we called to complain the company sent someone out and inspected it and apologized, and replaced the unit with a new (better) one, hired a painter to paint a wall that was damaged and gave us a discount on the overall price with sincere apologies. They told us they had terminated one of the employees who did the first install and the other was receiving disciplinary action. Even though our initial experience was not positive, I was happy they were able to rectify the situation and make things right for us."
