"I would stay away from these guys. They also own Cool Change Heating and Air. They will charge you for diagnostic services and repairs even knowing that your units need replaced. Charged me $800 then informed me that the units were oversized. Then they tried to sell me new units. A simple load calculation and model number lookup could have told me that in the first place, but they insisted on changing $800 just to tell me that. Also seems that I'm not the only one this has happened to. WRAL did a story on the same concerns. Maybe I should contact them."
