"Service was super quick and same day. Dillon and Cameron were the ones that helped me - both nice and helpful! I needed a full screen replacement on my Pixel 6. I was worried they wouldn't have the parts and would have to order them but they had three repair kits on the shelf! I called in advance to ask some questions and they were polite and informative over the phone. The cost also beat several other shops in the area, plus it comes with a 1 year warranty."
"My tech, Mark, messaged that he could do my phone screen earlier and meet me at work if I wanted him to. He came quickly and got to work. He had the screen fixed in about 15 minutes or less and brought it to me in my office. Great customer service, great work!"
"Great service overall. Only feedback would be to call the number provided when device was ready for pickup. Instead, notification was sent via text to my phone that was getting repaired. I also received an email notification, but the closest location was 35 minutes way, so I did not go home where I could check my email on my computer. I ended up going home since I did not receive any notification, but once I got home, I discovered that my phone had been ready for two hours already. Had I received the notification to my wife's phone number, which I provided, it would have saved me the time and an extra trip back to the store in Cary, NC."
"Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Price was great on 5th Gen IPad Pro 12.9 screen, quality good! Way better than Apple! Brought in on a Saturday, had to order the screen, fixed and ready Tuesday! Didn’t ask for a deposit or any money til I picked it up! Will be my go to from now on. 1 negative…. They don’t let you pay for the protection plan for a year at a time. I would have bought it for $300 but I don’t want them debiting my account monthly like a gym. Otherwise excellent job."
"Phone was like new and super easy to schedule! Tech was friendly and accommodating. I had scheduled my at-home appointment for 11-1, but for some reason my tech was told it was from 8-11. He messaged me at 7 to let me know when he would arrive and after I explained the scheduling conflict and that I would not be at home, he apologized and offered to meet me at the job site I was at. He let me know his new eta and arrived on time and fixed my phone very quickly. I got my phone back sooner than I expected and despite the mixup, it was a good experience. Fantastic technician!"
