"I wish I could give minus 0 star to this company. My warranty company dispatched him for my home appliances. He came and collected the deductible but refused to submit report to the insurance company. I called several times but stopped responding to my calls and messages. Horrible company. Poor customer service"
"The tech was very professional and very knowledgeable about the repairs. He gave us the customer a good clear idea of what our problem was and detailed instructions on how to get the repairs done very quickly, the problem was with Cinch doing the work that they were supposed to do like contacting Sears to send out a tech to perform warranty repairs on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator, instead my wife and I had to do their job! I have paid the fees that were due of 100.00 but the repair was a warranty repair which required a Sears technician. We have an appointment on Monday the 11th of September, our refrigerator with All my food has been down since before the 1st of September. I will not pay anything else for this refrigerator repair because the defective parts are still under warranty!"
"5 STARS!!!! I have had a different vendor come out to fix my fridge 3 times. I told my warranty company I wanted a different vendor sent out. I was assigned 3J’s Home and Appliance Repair. I called Andrew yesterday and he got me immediately scheduled for today. His son came out and was so kind, professional, and patient with my questions. He fixed my heater in the freezer. Very happy customer. Thank you so much!"
"Sorry for the long review…. I wish I could give 0 stars. My warranty company sent him out in April because my Refrigerator stopped working. I called him to make appointment, he kept saying his secretary tried to reach me, but couldn’t get in touch with me, there was no message left on my phone.He told me to unplug it, because the freezer fan was frozen. He came out the next day, he did not look at anything he just plugged it back in and said I did good and that it’s working again. Fast forward to July… Refrigerator stopped again. Warranty company sent him out again, he came on July 7th, this time he said it needed a main board. I contacted him on July 13th to see when he was gonna come back to repair. He again stated that his secretary was trying to reach me but could not, again no message was left on my phone, he gave me the number for the secretary, no answer, 10 min later I get a call from the secretary from a completely different number. He came back on July 17th and said he put the main board in, he was at my house for not even 15min that included him writing his little slip, I have since been told that it takes longer than that. He told me to call if it was not working. I called the next day cause it was still not working. He told me he would let the warranty company know that they need to send someone that knows about LG Refrigerators. On July 21st I called my warranty company cause the status of my claim was still saying part ordered. She told me they were still waiting on the report. Called them again on July 24th, they finally got the report. They sent someone else out, they came on July 26th, if 3J’s would have diagnosed it the first time in April it could have been saved now I need a new compressor and I have been without a fridge for almost 4 weeks."
"Thankful for the quick repair but I guess that can come with consequences. I explained my situation over the phone and said I had a washer & dryer out. I asked how much the service fee would be and was told $85. Washer was an easy fix (connection needed to be re-connected), dryer just needed a belt that was only suppose to be $25. $85 + $25 should be $110. He charged me $160 total. When I asked how 85 + 25 = 160, he said it's 2 service fees & that he wasn't charging for the belt. With the way the economy is going, it's not good business practice to say one thing & do another. Especially when pricing is involved. Next time be upfront with your pricing."
