"I checked in at the front for my appointment, had been sitting in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes when I got a phone call from the doctors office…the same Dr office I was literally sitting in the waiting room at with a room full of other patients. The lady proceeds to ask me to go into detail about the symptoms i was experiencing “so that she can determine if the doctor is going to move me to being a car visit”. Even after explaining to her that none of my symptoms were virus or anything contagious type of symptoms-she keeps asking me to go into more detail about what I’m experiencing. Mind you number one she’s aware I am literally in the waiting room-but instead of calling me up front or to a separate area away from other patients to ask me all this they literally call me on the phone expecting me to discuss all this in detail in front of people and with a receptionist rather than an actual doctor. Completely unprofessional. Also, God forbid a SICK PERSON GO TO THE DOCTOR AND EXPECT TO ACTUALLY BE SEEN-AND NOT IN THEIR FREAKING CAR! I have NEVER in my life experienced anything so unprofessional at a doctors office and I will most definitely NEVER be going back there."

"No one ever answers the phones, you’ll be on hold for longer than it would take to physically drive there and then you still will get an attitude from the staff. Would not recommend."

"I had an appointment at 0900 which I showed up to. I was forced to wait in the parking lot due to covid-19. A nice nurse came out to vehicle 10 minutes later and got my information during to the lobby being closed. I waited another 23 minutes, and got a call from the lobby saying she wouldn't see me because I was 30 minutes late!!! Really! She isn't even a doctor, but a NP, denying me! Because it took their administration 33 minutes to put on system! Absolutely SHOCKED! This is an appointment that THEY also rescheduled 2 times! Listen, find a different clinic! You'll thank me for it!!"
