"I retract my previous review. If I could give zero stars, I would. Run fast and far from this company. The repair work quality is down right awful. Not only was the back glass not properly re adhered, but I had already had them re-adhere it once already!! And it wasn't sealing because of the obvious piece of broken glass along the seam, likely the case with why my wide-angle camera is no longer functioning properly either. My photos are never in true focus thanks to the wonderful fingerprint smudges on the camera itself, below the exterior back glass. I've also been continuously dealing with their faulty charging port that they replaced the broken one with, the same one they replaced already during the repair process because the first replacement was faulty! So, not only did I have to drive across town multiple times because they said it was fixed, only to get there be handed the phone and for ME to immediately see that the phone wasn't fixed and the tech to go, "Oh, well guess you got to give us more time to fix it." And now after having reached back out via email and hearing nothing back, I have finally sat down to change my review. Why now? Because now my phone will no longer charge, and I am so furious with this company. I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE."

"Had my Samsung screen replaced here twice (Note 9+ and S20 Ultra). Every time both the main guy and the assistant are pleasant and helpful. They're not trying to oversell you on things, they let you make the decision on what you want to fix (my cameras broke as well on the S9, but wasn't worth the cost to replace). They are just as fast as they can get the screen shipped, once it's in it only takes them an hour to fix. I thought my S9 was toast because it fell in the pool, but they managed to test it beforehand to let me know the device was still good and only the screen was having moisture issues. They are probably too expensive for data recovery, because the price they quoted me for data recovery on the S9 IF the board had been bad was abysmal, so I wouldn't use them for that."
