He was also very disrespectful to his co worker, just being an angry black man(I know my father's one). So when I wanted him to just leave with his Negative attitude He Threatened ME In My House. He fixed nothing and I feel like I need to change my locks."

"Contacted Joe for a problem with my toilet. He was prompt, knowledgeable, had the supplies and tools needed for the job. I had to contact him again for a different issue and will always be my first call when things come up!"

"J&E was sent through Home Warranty. He was rude and very short. He replaced coupler. Smelled gas was told it was because pilot was lit. It will pass. Long story short. It never passed. Piedmont gas was called and informed me that when coupler is replaced. The value clamp should have been checked to make sure there was a seal. I contacted J&E and he disagreed and refused to return and correct the issue. This could have ended horribly. Don’t waste your time and money with this company!!"

"They came out on a home warranty call for our clogged kitchen drain. We had people out before that took about 5 minutes and said problem solved and it wasn't. Joe took his time and did a great job. He was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend."

"Used our Home Warranty to schedule an appointment for a drain stoppage. The Home Warranty had him as one of their contracts I guess. I called the H.W on a Saturday. I then received an email asking for my availability, which I filled out accordingly. Long story short. Never received a call from J and E Plumbing, in which I decided to call on Sunday to see if we could schedule something for the week. The guy answers the phone, and rudely tells me that he doesn't work on Sundays. I tell him ok, and we hang up. The following day in Monday he cancels my appointment after waiting 2 days and now would have contact someone else and wait another two or three days to schedule an appointment . Not very professional in his part. If he didn't want the job to begin with, shouldn't have accepted the job."
