"Rob and his apprentice Mark were extremely polite and pleasant in completing the replacement of our aged breaker panel. Rob spent a half hour looking at the task and answering questions about the job. He consulted with his supervisor as necessary, but was very capable in removing and cleaning up decades of other electricians’ work. He cleaned up the wiring runs and connected them in the new panel in an efficient layout. After a full day of installation, and ensuring that we had all of our power back, he returned the next day and traced all cables to accurately label the new breakers. He even went into the crawl space to confirm whether some of the runs were still active. He patched up the wall where he worked, and Mark ensured that the work site was cleaner than they found it. All in all a job well done."
