"I had a leak some place which caused a wet spot on my hallway floor. With my work schedule it was so difficult to get someone out to help me locate where it was coming from. Chris called me several times to try to set up an appointment. I just was not able to make our schedules match up. Chris was able to get a key from my landlord and make a visit to my home. Yet again a unsuccessful appointment. The key did not work. Chris was so persistent to help me that he made a visit to my home on a Friday afternoon. No one wants to work late on Friday. But he did. He came and located my problem which turned out to be a stopped up pipe to my furnace. He then changed a cracked nut under my sink in the kitchen which was leaking. And to top things off he assisted me with hanging my flat screen tv. I was having difficulty doing it by myself. Chris, who is the owner is absolutely wonderful.
