"This doctor’s office has become a joke, you go in for a physical and all they want to do is give you refills on your medication and no physical, then they bill your insurance for stuff they didn’t do! My insurance pays for a well physical 100% and they never bill properly and it’s a big hassle for my entire family. We’re looking for a new primary care doctor. I wouldn’t waste my time with this place, it’s really sad because this was the best doctor’s office in town when it was run by Dr. Kimbrell."

"I personally do not see these doctors but my father does, this is kind of tricky the only 2 doctors that I've dealt with that take care of my dad are Everall and Kent both are great! My biggest problem is the office staff, I've been trying for over 2 months(still have not gotten yet) to get one of his refills called in with help from the pharmacy but I keep getting a run around. I've been told they haven't heard anything about a refill to no reply from messages. Call me crazy but that's not how a doctor's office is suppose to run. I think every one of them should be fired with exception of Sandy, who is the only one who knows how to do her job."

"I wanted to write this review for the longest time, but I wanted to wait until I no longer go to this practice. I will say that Dr. Bhaskaran was the rudest Primary Care, I have ever seen. No bedside manner, did not listen to my concerns, etc. When COVID first hit, he was EXTREMELY rude to me and actually advised to me to avoid hospitals, but with me being a patient who goes to a clinic to get my medication through an IV, that was unavoidable. Thankfully, I moved out of the area and found a new primary care who actually treats me a lot better. Few months later, I did receive a letter in the mail stating that he no longer works there, if someone does end getting him as a doctor somewhere else, just beware. Having him as a doctor, it literally felt like I was treated as a dollar sign more than a patient, actually that's how it felt like at the practice in general, you are just another dollar sign."

"I was a patient there for years until my primary care physician moved away. I just resumed my care there this past year and have actually had even better service than in the past. This has always been a good practice,but all of the staff members and physicians are exceptional. They render fast,friendly customer service and treat their patients with kindness,caring and compassion. If I need to be seen for a genuine concern,they have no problem getting me an appointment ASAP,even if it's due to my lack of poor planning. I'm always treated like a person & not a problem. This is extremely important to me since I worked in healthcare for 26 years. I have no intentions of ever going elsewhere and would recommend this practice to anyone."
