"They were hired by a moving management company to assess my claim for damages incurred to furniture during a military PCS. Blamed all damages to wood furniture on the changes in climate and humidity even though the furniture only moved from Kansas to NC over the course of one month. Also said all damage was indicated on inventory during packing even though I still had a copy of my inventory and this was clearly incorrect. Moving company tried to deny all my claims based on their faulty and deliberately misleading claim assessment. Asked moving company for a second opinion and was able to get an honest, reliable individual who recognized that, for example, the lid to a wooden chest being ripped off of its hinges was not due to non-existent humidity changes. This company has no integrity, no honesty, and no sense of customer service. They will deliberately lie and falsify information so the moving company will continue to hire them while the individual gets stuck with broken furniture and no compensation. I don't recommend using them and think complaints should be filed with the BBB."
