"I brought Santana leather a pair of louboutins and an italian leather jacket to have relined. I paid to have the jacket rushed since their estimate was over a month. I just asked that they send samples of the fabric as they do not do alterations in the store. We ended up picking up the jacket and not having it done because of the terrible customer service. The louboutins came out fine, but there are plenty of places that offer that service. Their store is VERY understaffed. They only have a sweet young girl manning the desk on her own. My experience has nothing against this sweet girl. She is doing her best. It is clear she has no support. My criticism comes towards the management of this facility. It is NOT ok that you have one young girl manning the shop. She is unable to go get lunch without a line forming outside the store. This is a terribly managed facility and the hours are awful. The customer service team is also not up for the job. I've spoken to them twice and I am not sure they are helping. You should cut your customer service call center and properly manage your stores. With two employees there you would be able to extend your hours and better serve your customers. I do not recommend. There are plenty of other shops that do leather repair in charlotte that are properly staffed and offer customer service. Go there instead."
