"I booked an appointment on April 7, 2022 for repairs to a Whirlpool Top Load washing machine. The appointment was for April 8, 2022 between 9-12 am. NO ONE showed up. I called and the lady said they did not have anyone that worked on top load washers so appointment was canceled. She said they tried to call and cancel but could not leave a message. I checked my phone and there was not an incoming phone call from them....what a joke of a company that does appliance repairs!! First and Last time trying to use them"

"Called to set up an appointment for the next day (broken refrigerator). A person at a call service center answered and said someone could do it from 10am-12pm the next day, but they wanted a $55 hold on a credit card for the reservation. Of course, I said I wasn't doing that over the phone and would wait for the person the next day. At 11:30 (an hour and a half after they should have showed up) someone else from the call center called and said the technician couldn't do it, but maybe the next day. It seems a lot like a scam to me."

"Was charged $478 for a refrigerator repair and the refrigerator still has not been fixed. It has been over two weeks. They replaced the "motherboard" to the refrigerator and said that would fix everything, but the fridge is still warm and the ice maker leaks. Repairman keeps coming out, but literally does nothing else but look at it and says, "Give it a few days." Very unhappy about this. Waiting on customer service to reply. Would be happy to remove this post if you fix this issue."
