"I had this provider assigned by appliance warranty company. The tech name is Ramon. His repair was performed unsatisfactory. Compressor was installed incorrectly, all pipes were bent. In a week issue of cooling started again. Ramon came again and worked on issue. Left in a couple of hours and suggested to wait .Repair did not work.Two follow uptechnical teams examined and refused helping with repair. Too much damage was done. There was non-brand cheap part without my knowledge installed and expired brand warranty, gas leaked out and fridge has not been unplugged and got completely contami aged. Pipes were bent and and per next technician the repair of all damages would have cost around 2000 dollars. Considering the pay distribution and time consuming the repair task per warranty company, no one would agree to work on repair. I have been living without fridge since November 8, 2022. As of today, it is still not repaired. Per warranty company, they eventually issued a pay out check and tomorrow I will get a new fridge. Based on my experience , I do not recommend working with this repair company."

"I’ve been waiting two months for my appointment with this company. The man that showed up to my place refused to enter the property without someone home so I sent my cleaner. It would be 10 minutes for her to arrive and the man got a nasty attitude and said he isn’t waiting the 10 minutes. It is not company policy that he can’t enter my home, he said it was his policy. He then Decided to cuss me. I 100% do not recommend this company to ANYONE. Keep searching unless you want stress and low quality service."

"We had a claim through Home depot to fix our refrigerator. Ramon was very responsive to the appointment we had. He went the extra mile and came out before our appointment to diagnose the problem just in case he needed to order the part. It turned out he did need to order the part and it came in the next day. He made it back out to fix our refrigerator the very next day. It was all done even before our regular appointment. I would highly recomend Remon and Excell Appliance!!"

"This company is the best! They fixed our LG fridge under manufacturer warranty. They didn’t have the compressor in stock, but ordered it, and when it came in, they called and emailed to let us know so we could schedule an appointment. Technician was professional, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They also came out and fixed our dryer which needed a new heating element. They had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Price was fair and well worth it. I would recommend this company for any appliance repair any day. It’s good to know that we have an appliance repair place we can call and feel confident that they’ll fix the problem and get the job done while being fair on price, professional, and reliable.
