Right up front he told us what he thought the issues were, and provided prices on both before any work began. They were able to correct the issue and were respectful of our home. "I chose the window of service to be between 9am and 1pm, I was getting a text at 8:30am. There was no waiting around, if anything they exceeded my expectations to where I was scrambling to get things cleaned up and prepared before they got here! Amazing consideration for the consumers time. The technician, Lizzy, was super incredible. They were so nice, so professional, super considerate about the noise, so skilled and masterful at their work, kept me updated along the way, informed me about what possible issues they found and what to do to prevent any more damage in the future, asked my preference of cosmetic details that could be done. As someone with pretty severe social anxiety, there could not have been a better tech to be in my home than Lizzy. Absolutely amazing work and outstanding professionalism and customer service. "Used Roto-Rooter CLT in 2/2023 for a faucet installation with new trap and water lines. The tech advised the install would take ~4-5hrs. Roto Rooter charged $1506.98 ($1248 labor; $160.32 parts w/ tax) - that is ~$300/hr. The drain was installed slightly off center, but I wanted the project over and didn't make an issue. Now, only 7 months later, the cold water line is clogged. I have no way of knowing if this is due to an installation issue, but Roto-Rooter advised they would do nothing other than schedule another full-price service appointment. I advised the agent, I spent $1500 on a faucet and it should work 7 months later. She stated, Roto-Rooter largely does commercial work, so, yes, "we're very expensive" and they're not willing to do anything to correct the issue. Disappointed and would never recommend any residential customer use Roto-Rooter for installations. See pictures for my crooked drain and full strength water flow.
