"Last week, I brought my 3 year old iPhone 7 into Dr Phone RX because my phone’s battery wasn’t holding a charge for more than a few hours. Sam, the new owner/operator had me navigate to the setting page which showed that the battery had weakened to the point that it was not capable of holding a full charge. Based on my usage requirements, he recommended a battery replacement. The replacement took about 15-20 minutes and cost about $65. Problem fixed. Phone charge will now last all day with my normal usage. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Phone RX. Throughout my interactions with Sam he was professional, respectful and patient. In addition, while waiting for my phone, I also observed his interactions with other customers. Again, Sam was professional, patient and acted in the best interest of his customers (I.e. not trying to sell a new phone to an elderly customer when a new charger solved the problem). It’s clear that Sam runs this business with character and integrity. He is knowledgeable and patient and seems to truly enjoy helping his customers. This is exactly the kind of place where I feel good about spending my money. I’m confident that he will stand behind his work and that I will be treated fairly and honestly.
