"My Lenovo laptop was in a computer bag that fell off a table onto a hard surface. It must have landed directly on the corner of the laptop where the power button is located. The metal dented in such a way that the power button was stuck; I couldn't turn the computer on. I googled computer repair companies in Charlotte and read through review on Nate's Computer Repair. I gave it a shot and called. Nate picked up and talked through the issue with me. I was able to drop off the laptop within the hour, and he had it fixed and back to me in about 6 hours! Incredible. I am fortunate that nothing else was affected-- the touchscreen, keyboard, etc.-- but am confident that he would have identified and repaired any other issues. I didn't ask him to expedite the service, he just got to to work almost immediately. I am so appreciative. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and came up with a solution at a price point that was more than reasonable.
