"A waste of time and $160, excuse me it was suppose to be $200 once the repair guy arrived lol. I put in detail when scheduling for the appointment, the make and model as well as what was wrong with my washer machine. The repair tech literally repeated what I described then stated it would be over thousand dollars to repair with me buying my own rods!!!! Why wasn't this quoted over the phone/website? Like you came out verified what I said, for $160. Didn't bother to push my machine back the way I had it or plug it back up! Great scheme to steal money. You're better off going through Angie's list."

He did the task at hand with skill and in a timely manner. Talked me through what he was doing. Gave tips on how to maintain our system and best time to have it serviced in the future. Excellent service from a very nice young professional."
