"First off, all you have to know is that this place has the most kindhearted staff I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. As a girl, I often feel a lot of pressure at tech shops and feel uncomfortable admitting that I don't know something in fear of not being taken seriously. This place was so understanding and completely explained every that was going on with my PC (that I stupidly trusted a random to try and build and they messed my motherboard up). So when I came in, I came with a friend and explained everything. I was devastated. I spent a whole two years saving up money and buying pieces and all because I got cold feet doing it myself, it ended up in a bad state and I paid for it. Because I saved up and bought pieces over 2 years, everything was past the date of being allowed for a return or refund. Due to costs I wasn't going to have them fix it up for me, and when I came in to retrieve the broken PC out came a completely fixed and functional computer—at no cost. I was shocked, triple checked that it was okay for me to take and was bid a happy Thanksgiving and a bunch of reassurance that it was okay. They absolutely did not have any obligation to do such a thing for me and yet they did. I was in tears in the parking lot, it meant the world. The PC runs perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I hope to bring them a gift to say thank you one of these days. Please be sure to go there for any of your computer needs, seriously, they deserve all the love and business they can get."
