"We lost water on January 4th. So we called Francis Well & Pump Co. They came out the same day and replaced a foot valve on our well. They had fixed the problem in less than a hour. "Had pump problems late Friday evening. I called these guys around 7:00 am. Saturday. They were out by 9:00 am to diagnose my problem. My outdated pump needed to be replaced. They dropped me a new submersible pump in and new tank. I had water around noon. Can't recommend these guys enough! If you have water problems, these are the guys to call!"
