"We absolutely recommend HydroHelp911. Our crawl space was a mess. We had a mold problem with a dirt floor and insulation that probably had not been changed out in decades. HydroHelp911 thoroughly explained the work to be done before, the process and the results we could expect. We received regular updates prior to our scheduled installation. The crew; Jeremy, Dakota, Matthew and Andy arrived on time and briefed me on the day's work planned. At the end of each work day, they summarized what had been accomplished, what was left to do and when I could expect them the next day. They called each morning to let me know they were on their way and when they would arrive. They were courteous, respectful, professional and worked hard the entire time they were here. The crew removed and hauled away the old insulation. They cleaned up the area completely clearing it of debris, old cords, and trash. They performed mold mitigation, got rid of all the mold, and had a third-party mold and air quality mitigation company inspect their work before proceeding with installation of new insulation and the encapsulation. The thick high quality plastic was sealed with high quality tape and just feeling how thick it is tells us it will last and is already working well as a barrier to ground moisture. The lighting system allows us to see everything at a glance. When finished, the crew left the area clean and tidy like they found it. Terrific company, terrific people! Foremen Parker and Trevor are incredibly hard workers. They are efficient, highly skilled, and answer your questions to the fullest extent.
