"I chose CM because I knew the manager and he didn’t like the way other companies deceived their customers. So when the time came and my furnace wouldn’t kick on I gave them a chance. Kris came out to diagnose why there was an issue. He showed up early and was very thorough. It’s an older furnace but he was honest and said the line was clogged with rust and gunk. The fix to say the least was minimal cost. Kris was very kind and personable. He explained everything in terms I could understand. Because of my experience I decided on a maintenance plan with CM to keep my HVAC running as long as possible!"
