"BEWARE! UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a terrible experience with Tina the owner. Long's serviced my septic tank today 8/11/23. They were over 2 hours late. They asked to use my shovel and I thought they should have their own. I complained to Tina and she said my complaint was "ridiculous". They cracked my septic tank and have refused to fix it. Tina is a rude loud mouth know-it-all, she was loud and constantly talked over me. I told her they need to fix it and she hung up on me. That is terrible business, rude, and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and call someone else. You've been warned!"

"Had our septic pumped 5/30. (New home purchase) Only one person lives here permanently. Laundry done by outside Laundry service. Came this week and septic was full again. Went out to check it...they left the lid open about 1.5 inches. All this rain no wonder it's full! I will be calling a new company this morning!"
