"Second post.... Once again, Patrick diagnosed my very dead phone and shocked it back to life! Thanksgiving morning, phone won't turn on or take a charge...no worries, I can go without for a day or so....but I left a msg at fix4less for next day. As always, Patrick was pleasant and helpful. Not only did he quote me $300 less than the surrounding repair shops, he even threw in a discount because he had a screen that wasn’t completely up to par which is absolutely fine with me!!
