"our tenant reported that the Manitowec ice machine was not working properly, and as a property management company, we knew we needed to get it fixed quickly. We called an appliance repair service that was able to come out the same day and fix the issue. We were very impressed with their prompt service and expertise."

"Tech comes out and claims its the motor, fan and the rubber ring around the freezer was worn out was what was causing the issue. That WASN’T the case. They fixed something that shouldn’t have been. There was a hole in the back of the fridge and ice build up which caused air to seep out and not cool. We paid over $330 for services for a fridge that was shot. They should have been more thorough with the issue. We didn’t get any money back. The parts were installed and they couldn’t even take them back and refund us. On top of that we ended up having to repair the hole in the wall from the ice build up and purchase a new fridge. I would NOT recommend them."

"DO NOT USE. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I waited one month for a refrigerator repair. The technician said one week to order the part. He never called us to set up a time and when I called they kept telling me the part wasn’t in. One person said that the part would take three weeks. I was willing to wait because if the part needed to be ordered, I felt most places would have to do the same. Then someone set up an appointment after they confirmed the part was in and the tech never showed. I called back and and the person on the phone said they would call the tech. She then let me know that he had picked the part up from the warehouse, but then went out of town. So I have been without a refrigerator for ONE month waiting on them. They did refund the initial amount I paid, but honestly it does not make this situation right."

"Was advised to pay a $59.99 fee for service before they arrived. Later I recieved a call to let me know their technician wasn’t licensed in refrigerator repair and they couldn’t look at the unit. Of course they had already placed a charge on my CC. Do not use!"

"We called to have our oven repaired. Paid $60 to have someone come out and diagnose the problem. Once the diagnosis was given we had to pay $200 for the part to be ordered. Was told that we would get the part in about 5 days. That was 2 weeks ago. No one will return our calls. Turning it over to the police a better business bureau. This is a big scam that will take your money!!! We are out $260! Run away from this company!"
