"Had a recommendation for this person to fix computer problems and he did come to my home and remove some malware that had infected my computer however whatever he did disabled the built-in mouse. Texted him thereafter to try to fix it and he did respond however none of the fixes he suggested worked. I then texted him whether he had been able to research the problem and got no response meanwhile I can’t use my lap top as the mouse is disabled. Do not recommend this person/service."

"My MAC was infected with a Malware named Clean My MAC. Steve researched how the virus could be cleaned without wiping the computer clean. It took him 30 minutes with a step by step process (complicated) he found on the internet. It worked and Steve is a genius in my opinion. Five stars for sure."
