The office staff were very polite and super accommodating with scheduling a time for a technician to come out and fix my dishwasher considering my work schedule. The technician arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time as well as fixed my dishwasher in a very timely manner, thus, giving me an additional sense of value as a customer that my time was valued just as much as theirs. I appreciate you all & the technician for answering every question I threw his way!"

"Advanced Appliance Service (Gastonia location) ordered the parts to fixed the refrigerator and claimed that the temperature in the garage caused the refrigerator not to get cold. I plugged the refrigerator up and heard a clicking noise, watched YouTube and find out it was the relay. I called 123 Appliances and the guy came over replaced the relay and now the refrigerator works. I was about to trash a brand new $2500 refrigerator! I would not recommend nor would I ever use this company again."
