"This was the worst experience I've ever had with anyone customer service related. It was nonstop saying he would be there would never show never call. We had patients with him but after five times we found someone else. He would come back and say he fixed it then it would work for 10 minutes and die. Just had a real company come out and found out that Tim had clipped some important wires that one was a big fire hazard too now is going to cost me a lot of money to fix it right. I don't know how he's been in business this long but do yourself a favor call someone else"

"1star is a compliment. Worst experience ever and I never laid eyes on him. We agreed on 10:00 today as I told yesterday when he said he’d “try” to get by that I didn’t want to stay home all day waiting. He didn’t ask my name or phone number. When I tried to give him landmarks for the address, he was rude and said just give me address. At 9:45 this morning I called him to give him my unit number and see if he was on his way. Clearly he was having breakfast with his buddies. Asked who I was and what I wanted. Again no request for my name or phone number. At 11:00 I called him again, he said he left because he couldn’t get in the building. No call no apology. He was recommended by 4-5 people on Next Door. Go figure."

"In Sept of 2020 we called Tim as our fridge was leaking. He came over fairly soon and diagnosed it as our freezer needed a new gasket. On Oct 2, 2020 he installed said gasket. Fridge continued to leak. He came back again and said we needed to keep Vaseline coated on the gasket! He left wo charging us. Weeks and weeks go by and the fridge is still leaking. We called him again (while keeping the Vaseline handy of course) and he adjusted the gasket. The fridge continued to leak. I called him again. He said he was on his way. He never showed up. More time passes, I called him again. We were over $170 into this repair and the leaking water was now causing issues with our flooring. This time I sent him a letter asking him to refund our money. No response. If this repair was beyond his capabilities I wish he would have just admitted it. We ended up calling another repair service. They came out and diagnosed the issue as being our ice maker. Took 2 mins to fix it and NO MORE LEAKS!!! Cost us another $90 but at least it's fixed now. BTW, during one of Tim's calls at our home he referred to me as "and Old Goat" ;) Customer service has changed lol"

"Tim is a very nice guy. He's responsive, respectful of your home, and does a great job. When we moved in, our dryer stopped heating and our clothes remained soaked! He fixed us right up in about an hour for a reasonable cost, and you can't ask for much more than that. We'll definitely call him again should we have any maintenance needs!"
