Norma Jean was wonderful! Friendly and courteous. She dispatched a technician right away. She said it might be afternoon before someone was able to get out to the house, less than an hour later, a very nice young man showed up. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a capacitor and our AC was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough nice things about everyone we dealt with.
