"Well I’d love to rate higher. BUT. . I’ve used them a bunch of timeS and never ever had a problem. Brought my mower in April. There was no communication. I had to call several times to ask questions. I called another time they said they called but had no missed call. They had to order a carb. I called again and they said it’s been ready for a week or so. My condition of the mower was always in a shed and clean. The seat is now coming apart like it’s dry rotted and dirty like oil and dirt on it. I hate to complain on a place I’ve used in the past. But this was the worse time I’ve had."
