"Great experience with D&J Wrecker Service, horrible with AAA. Broke down on 74 East, while AAA demanded that I had to be with the vehicle at time of pick up, so had to leave the vehicle on 74 overnight. Vehicle passenger window busted and battery was stolen. D&J arrived within the hour of AAA contacting them. Vehicle towed 70 miles to my house. Thank you for your assistance!"

"Joey was extremely RUDE! He bad mouthed the mechanic recommended to me by AAA. Tried pressuring me to take my car to his mechanic. Then he refused to take my debit/credit card forcing me to pay cash, saying he gets charged a fee when running a card. He threatened to drop my car back off the truck if I didn't want to pay cash. Also the payment he asked for was more than quoted to me by AAA. I let the automotive place that I took my car to know what he said about them and I plan on letting AAA know about the extremely bad service too."

"Joey was absolutely wonderful! We were stuck in the side of the road, in the pouring rain with a flat tire. He was prompt, extremely courteous and replaced our tire expeditiously all while in the cold rain. So thankful for him and his wonderful service!!"
