"I contacted this lawn service to do my friend's lawn as the couple both have busy schedules and their lawn mower broke. He had said that his business partner would do it on a Wednesday and so we had told our friends to not worry about their lawn for the time being, as the lawn service would take care of it. Wednesday evening rolled around and I did not hear from anyone so I assumed that they had not gotten to the lawn. I contacted the owner the next morning and he said that he had run into some family complications and that it had not gotten done. We went back and forth all morning trying to find a solution. He wanted ME to find someone else to do it to which I asked, why his business partner could not do it, and he said that he was doing another job that day. I understand that things happen but he did not contact me to tell me anything it was expected that I find someone to do it instead. I am very irritated with the lack of professionalism and misleading of services to be offered and then not followed through."
