"Repair service for a Kenmore stackable washer/dryer was requested through the property rental management company as the dryer would start and shut off immediately. Waited for 2 weeks to diagnose the problem and repair work. Never happened, misdiagnosed and could not reprogram the control board. I have had to place a call myself to another repair service who diagnosed the problem, got the necessary parts, reprogrammed the control board in 5 days. Do not hire them or contract them for appliance work, they always recommend to purchase a new unit a the solution to what is normal repair work"

"Do not recommend. I called to have a dryer fixed at my residence on a Tuesday. After a week I called to follow up since I had not heard anything from the company. I waited over a week with no response and once I got in touch with Mike he stated they are still unable to place the part (even though it was promised to be installed on Saturday). A week and a half is unacceptable to wait for service because they have "other priorities". I requested a refund. So we'll see if they return my money..... I would definitely use someone else!"
