"The kindest staff! After having to search for a new primary care provider again for the third time in the last couple of years, Desantis Family Practice felt like a breath of fresh air. The phone number takes you to an actual person at the practice, rather than a call center hub that services many practices. Cassie was so patient with me by phone helping to get my patient application submitted. She knew just the questions to ask and waited while I googled trying to find my previous office’s information. Tabatha went out of her way to get me an appointment more quickly for a med refill. Most places advise they’ll call back the next day and you never hear anything. She called me upon opening the next morning with an available appointment that met my needs. Morgan took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns even though my visit was just a med refill. I could easily tell she truly cares for her patients and wants to provide the best care rather than rush them out of the office. Judy in the lab was very kind and talented taking blood. A five star experience from start to finish. I’m very thankful several of my friends recommended this place."

"I actually think a review score below zero would be most appropriate for my experience with this practice. I refused to schedule a Medicare Annual Wellness Check at an office visit with this practice a couple months ago. At a more recent visit, the NP seemingly had an attitude when she walked in the room and was extremely rude throughout, totally ignoring any questions I had, etc. On checking out, I was quite literally harassed to schedule a Medicare Annual Wellness Check. The office staff was very rudely insistent that they are required to schedule this yearly evaluation and would not take my explanation that this is not mandatory from CMS, and I did not need to, nor wish to, schedule it. By the time I left, I was furious and to say that I never wanted to return to this practice again would be an understatement."
