"Tim's AC Repair (previously known as B S Carroll Heating & Air Conditioning) quickly became our new go to HVAC company! After dealing with another local company for a continuous problem with our attic AC leaking and being told it was "fixed" each time, we were left with our ceiling breaking and water pouring out of it at 7pm with the company not answering their after hours phone line. Knowing we had to find someone else quickly we called Tim and he was extremely professional and at our house within 20 minutes of our call. Tim took quick action to stop the leak then took time to access the damage and what the issue was while explaining everything along the way. The following day he was back at our house at 8am to fix the repairs needed to our AC while not breaking the bank. Being a woman and having my husband away during this it was very refreshing to have a man treat me as a equal while not trying to con me during this process. Very respectful man, honest, knows what he is doing (over 30yrs experience) and reliable! You won't go wrong calling Tim next time you need HVAC repairs!"

"This is the worst company. Do not do business with them. They have my contract/warranty. They are the worst. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was told yesterday the repairman would call me in the morning. Here it is almost 2:00 and have not heard from him. I called at 9:30 acted like she forgot about me. Called again at 1:00 and she tells me it will be tomorrow. It is 91° in my house. I have 3 kids, 3 dogs and a cat. This is horrible"

"First of all I don't get all the Negative Reviews I guess People have nothing better to do with There time anyway, I called late at Night and got Service the next Day bye Tim a very nice Southern Man He put Gas in My Unit and said that's all it needed He was Professional and a pleasure and if I ever need Them I shall Phone again Them again. "When my a/c went out during a 98° heat wave they came out within hours. He had the problem fixed in no time and the price was very reasonable. The only drawback is they don’t take credit cards but they were half the price of their competitors. For that discount I’ll gladly write a check! He even taught my how to put my furnace door back on properly because I was doing it wrong. I highly recommend!"

"My mother has bought 3 units from this place and on the 3rd unit I have been trying to get them to fix it since a month after my mom moved into her home. My mother passed away and they had not a care in the world of this and the fact that she gave them her trust in continued business. It is still not fixed and they are hateful and don't care. I have talked to the owner and his wife and then the daughter promised me she would fix my ac/heating unit and still nothing. All they did was put coolant in and take coolant out and removed a piston. This started in 2010 and now she tells me that she is not coming out to look at it anymore unless I pay for it.I have been stressed out over this for all these years. Please tell everyone you know to not do business with this company. The daughter told me if I told anybody about this she would sue me for slander!!! The only reason I put a star is because I had to in order to post this!! I give them 0 stars!!!!!"
