Britts Services Inc

"John and Kelly of Britts Services is an unprofessional company. The A/C went out on our rental property and we contacted Britts. Britts went out to the property to do a diagnostic, which we paid for, and they stated something had short circuited the unit. Britts said the unit could either be repaired with unwarranted parts or replaced. We decided to have the entire unit replaced since insurance would cover some of it, then when we asked for basic information for the claim, Britts went ghost. They would NOT respond to the insurance company's multiple calls. Britt's voicemail is full too so therefore no messages can be left. After a week, I took it upon myself to contact Britts because once again the insurance company was unsuccessful in contacting them. I spoke with Kelly and I reiterated the need for the documentation and pictures for insurance purposes. Kelly then says that John doesn't want to deal with the insurance company so he doesn't want to do the work because they are too busy. Plus she complained how the insurance company wants too much paperwork and too many pictures. None of this is very professional and appears a bit sketchy in our opinion. Britts is only out to make a quick buck. Also, I highly doubt their 5 star reviews are legit since the same reviews were found on multiple websites. Their own website isn't even secure. STAY away!!"
