"Went to this place for a yearly that my insurance company pays for after leaving this office with understanding that's what I was getting was a yearly they numbered my visit in a way and lied to where I had too pay out of pocket and I thought my insurance was paying it they turned it in on my credit I've filed paperwork with my insurance company to fight it all I went in for was a yearly thing"
