"I would like to send a big THANK YOU out to LeAnn, JohnnyRay@Joey. During a morning storm our transformer was struck by lightning. We were left without power for a few hours. When the power came back on the surge burned the board for the HVAC unit. Upon calling Port City they came to service us within 2 hours. Upon inspection It was determined that our circuit board was damaged. They had to wait for a new one from Rock Hill the next morning. And yes they came right away and fixed everything for us.. LeAnn kept us updated on everything that was being done and the progress. The young men mentioned above are some of the most professional and polite that we have met in a long time. We have DEFINITELY added them to our LOCAL business repair people. So if you ever need these services please do not hesitate to contact them. Again THANK YOU Port City heating and air."
