"We’ve never had a problem with any plumbers in the past but typically went with whoever could get the job done the quickest, sometimes the cheapest, and we’re never impressed enough to save their information or pay attention to who we used last - until now. It really felt like they went above and beyond. We had a gas leak and the city turned off our gas. We called Clavey to help us locate the leak. It was going to be super expensive for them to find it without the gas on but the gas company wouldn’t turn it back on. Taft from Clavey Plumbing spoke with the gas company to get them to turn it back on temporarily so they could find the leak the best and cheapest way. Based on the circumstances, they guessed the exact problem (nail through our gas line from the builders when they installed the siding) and were exactly right. Not only that, but when they had to rip up the kitchen to find the leak, they helped us find a company to do the work and even communicated with them to ensure it was done correctly. Even when there was a family emergency during the job, someone else stepped in and they still got the work done quickly and efficiently, even cleaning up at the end. We were impressed every step of the way. I didn’t think I would ever be leaving a detailed review of a plumbing company but here I am. 10/10 and a big thank you for Clavey Plumbing!"
