"First off,God is good!!!! My son is in his 1st hear of college, an his iphone screen was cracked. I'm in Florida, so I had to do research of shops that fix phones. "I dropped off an iPad last week to be repaired and at first, I was impressed with the customer service. The technician told me that it would be ready in 5 days and it was a reasonable price. Then I show up on the day it was to be ready, and it's not, nor has it been started on but I was told it would be completed that evening and ready for pickup this morning. I get there to pickup my iPad and was told that it actually wasn't cost effective to repair because it would likely break again (I appreciate that they didn't just take my money knowing it would break again!) but a phone call at some point during the six days they had it would have been nice. Extremely disappointed!"
