"Fifteen years ago I bought my home in early winter. I was not prepared for the environment. It was either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day………heavy snow was coming down and we had been without power for hours. I called our awesome real estate broker, Terry Potts, and told him what the situation was. He gave me Seth Wilson’s name, the owner of Essential Power. Seth amazingly answered the phone and without hesitation drove through this very challenging storm. He got on his knees and disassembled our generator finding many problems. Fortunately, he had the keys to the hardware store in town……back through the storm to get the parts…….back to house where he spent three hours putting it all back together. He spent a good portion of his holiday working in bitter cold……but, he got the generator running……and we had a warm home. After a lightning strike I had to replace the destroyed generator.
