"So my home warranty listed this company as the the one to come out and do the repairs to my washer. They never showed up. I called and left a message and finally spoke with someone who said they'd be out the next day. The next day no call no text just a no show. I called and he said his truck was broke down and he couldn't come. Again, he didn't contact me I had to contact him. When I asked him when he'd be out....nothing no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I hate giving bad reviews for small businesses but steer clear....horrible customer service and they don't do what they say they will."
"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They got assigned to me through my home warranty. Took 3 weeks to get an initial appt. Repairman came out told me what was wrong, I paid him, they said they would follow up to fix it and never did. I called them everyday for a week. They answered 2x and told me they would call back and never did. DO NOT USE THEM. It’s now been a month since my fridge broke."
